HAND2-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAND2-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAND2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL596P, RN7SL592P, and RNU6-87P. Each is linked with HAND2-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAND2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-HAND2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL596P grouped by HAND2-AS1-low versus HAND2-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAND2-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAND2-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
