The most reproducible GPR83-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP12PY, OR56A7P, and RN7SL810P. Each is linked with GPR83 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR83-to-partner and partner-to-GPR83 results are reported.
