GOT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 529 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHBP3, P3R3URF, and TRAJ12. Each is linked with GOT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOT2-to-partner and partner-to-GOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LDHBP3 grouped by GOT2-low versus GOT2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
