Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LDHBP3 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LDHBP3 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LDHBP3 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, LDHBP3 RNA expression shows 4,809 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Together, these results highlight UCEC, THCA, and KIRC as cancer lineages where LDHBP3 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
