GLIDR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIDR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPIAP1, TBC1D3C, and BCRP6. Each is linked with GLIDR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIDR-to-partner and partner-to-GLIDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPIAP1 grouped by GLIDR-low versus GLIDR-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
