FZR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P1, GSTA6P, and MTND5P35. Each is linked with FZR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZR1-to-partner and partner-to-FZR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P1 grouped by FZR1-low versus FZR1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
