FJX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FJX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FJX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXC-AS1, RNU6-1176P, and MCHR2. Each is linked with FJX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FJX1-to-partner and partner-to-FJX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXC-AS1 grouped by FJX1-low versus FJX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FJX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FJX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
