FBXO43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,493 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK1, FEN1, and RRM2. Each is linked with FBXO43 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO43-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO43 versus CDK1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO43→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
