Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO43 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXO43 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FBXO43 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO43 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and UCS show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRP, and KIRC are the cancer types where FBXO43 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
