Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM81B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM81B expression is associated with patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM81B is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, FAM81B RNA expression shows 14,744 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight UVM, and KICH as cancer lineages where FAM81B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
