Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM237A profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM237A expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM237A is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, FAM237A RNA expression shows 11,780 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight UVM, and HNSC as cancer lineages where FAM237A shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
