Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, LIG1, and RFC4. Each is linked with ESPL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ESPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESPL1 versus SMC4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
