EPB42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPB42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,420 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPB42-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD2P3, NGRN, and TM2D3. Each is linked with EPB42 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPB42-to-partner and partner-to-EPB42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD2P3 grouped by EPB42-low versus EPB42-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPB42→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPB42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
