Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,456 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT112P1, RPS28P1, and RNA5SP465. Each is linked with DTX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX2-to-partner and partner-to-DTX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMT112P1 grouped by DTX2-low versus DTX2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
