Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP465 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP465 expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP465 is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RNA5SP465 RNA expression shows 12,273 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight COAD, LUAD, and LAML as cancer lineages where RNA5SP465 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
