DSCAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,461 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSC2, WDR88, and DUS4L. Each is linked with DSCAS in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAS-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSCAS versus DSC2 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
