Q-omics provides the consensus-scored DCUN1D4 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. DCUN1D4 expression is associated with patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, DCUN1D4 is differentially expressed in 11, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, DCUN1D4 RNA expression shows 21,316 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight UVM, and THCA as cancer lineages where DCUN1D4 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
