Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT83 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT83-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, MIR6129, and MIR6133. Each is linked with CT83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT83-to-partner and partner-to-CT83 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
