Gene

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU7-11P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU7-11P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU7-11P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU7-11P RNA expression shows 7,021 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, THCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU7-11P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU7-11P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU7-11P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (17). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU7-11P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU7-11P expression shows unfavorable associations in LIHC, UCEC and COAD, but favorable associations in STAD, LUAD and BLCA. The STAD Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .003). Together, the overview and detailed table identify STAD as the clearest survival context for RNU7-11P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU7-11P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU7-11P shows lower tumor expression in THCA, COAD and LUSC and higher tumor expression in KIRC. The THCA box plot shows higher RNU7-11P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.466, t-test p = .007).
