Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RNU7-11P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LUAD show a favorable association.

STAD, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU7-11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
