RNU7-11P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-11P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,021 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU7-11P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-125P, SREK1, and CFAP44. Each is linked with RNU7-11P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-11P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-11P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-11P versus RNU6-125P in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU7-11P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU7-11P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
