CRYZL2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYZL2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,505 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYZL2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYZL2P-SEC16B, RASAL2, and CD46. Each is linked with CRYZL2P in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYZL2P-to-partner and partner-to-CRYZL2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRYZL2P versus CRYZL2P-SEC16B in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYZL2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYZL2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
