Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRYZL2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CRYZL2P data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CRYZL2P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRYZL2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and KIRP show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and LGG are the cancer types where CRYZL2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
