Q-omics provides the consensus-scored CRYZL2P-SEC16B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. CRYZL2P-SEC16B expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LGG. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, CRYZL2P-SEC16B is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, CRYZL2P-SEC16B RNA expression shows 19,159 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight LGG, KIRC, and THYM as cancer lineages where CRYZL2P-SEC16B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
