Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRYZL2P-SEC16B RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CRYZL2P-SEC16B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher CRYZL2P-SEC16B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRYZL2P-SEC16B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRC show a favorable association.

LGG, UVM, and HNSC are the cancer types where CRYZL2P-SEC16B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
