Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYZL2P-SEC16B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,159 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYZL2P-SEC16B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF11, TGOLN2, and TRAPPC10. Each is linked with CRYZL2P-SEC16B in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYZL2P-SEC16B-to-partner and partner-to-CRYZL2P-SEC16B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRYZL2P-SEC16B versus ARHGEF11 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYZL2P-SEC16B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYZL2P-SEC16B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
