COA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,159 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, NRDC, and SSRP1. Each is linked with COA7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA7-to-partner and partner-to-COA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COA7 versus NASP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
