Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC153 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC153-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP60, MIR8082, and MIR6515. Each is linked with CCDC153 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC153-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC153 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP60 grouped by CCDC153-low versus CCDC153-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC153→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC153) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
