Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC153 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC153 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CCDC153 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC153 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and LUAD show a favorable association.

UVM, LGG, and MESO are the cancer types where CCDC153 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
