CASR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,339 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM5, SYNPO2, and FBLN5. Each is linked with CASR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASR-to-partner and partner-to-CASR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASR versus PGM5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
