Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABYR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CABYR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP93, and RN7SKP214. Each is linked with CABYR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABYR-to-partner and partner-to-CABYR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by CABYR-low versus CABYR-high in UCEC.
