C3P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,679 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP27, ZNHIT3, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with C3P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3P1-to-partner and partner-to-C3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP27 grouped by C3P1-low versus C3P1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
