Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C15orf65 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C15orf65-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P46, RBMY2KP, and PRYP5. Each is linked with C15orf65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C15orf65-to-partner and partner-to-C15orf65 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P46 grouped by C15orf65-low versus C15orf65-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C15orf65→partner) and Y-score (partner→C15orf65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
