Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C15orf65 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C15orf65 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher C15orf65 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C15orf65 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and KIRP show a favorable association.
KICH, UCEC, and LGG are the cancer types where C15orf65 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
