Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHSG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,260 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHSG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-42P, DUSP14, and BLOC1S2P1. Each is linked with AHSG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHSG-to-partner and partner-to-AHSG results are reported.
