ACTR8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,119 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF7, WTAP, and POLR2A. Each is linked with ACTR8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR8-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR8 versus SRSF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
