Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF98 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,325 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF98-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAT1, RPS10, and JCAD. Each is linked with ZNF98 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF98-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF98 results are reported.
