Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF136 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 890 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF136-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALMS1, RNU6-12P, and BEND7P1. Each is linked with ZNF136 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF136-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF136 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF136→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF136) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
