ZNF114

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF114 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,877 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF114-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, TOP2A, and SEC23B. Each is linked with ZNF114 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF114-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF114 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF114 versus CSE1L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF114→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF114) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
