ZNF114

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF114 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,958 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF114-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYPL1P1, RNA5SP55, and MIR2115. Each is linked with ZNF114 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF114-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF114 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYPL1P1 grouped by ZNF114-low versus ZNF114-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF114→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF114) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
