Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6783 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6783 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6783 is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, MIR6783 RNA expression shows 11,137 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight ACC, COAD, and LIHC as cancer lineages where MIR6783 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
