ZDHHC24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC24-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P30, OR8F1P, and RN7SL795P. Each is linked with ZDHHC24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC24-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P30 grouped by ZDHHC24-low versus ZDHHC24-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
