Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR8F1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR8F1P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR8F1P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, OR8F1P RNA expression shows 7,831 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight KIRC, STAD, and LIHC as cancer lineages where OR8F1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
