Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,777 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01323, LINC02039, and LINC01626. Each is linked with XIRP2-AS1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP2-AS1 results are reported.
