XIAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD127, RN7SL134P, and LINC00909. Each is linked with XIAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIAP-to-partner and partner-to-XIAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD127 grouped by XIAP-low versus XIAP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
