Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K12P, RPL23AP4, and RNA5SP417. Each is linked with XG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XG-to-partner and partner-to-XG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4K12P grouped by XG-low versus XG-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XG→partner) and Y-score (partner→XG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
