Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR4K12P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR4K12P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR4K12P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, OR4K12P RNA expression shows 6,642 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight KIRP, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR4K12P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
