WTAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WTAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WTAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-79P, LINGO1-AS2, and MIR3193. Each is linked with WTAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WTAP-to-partner and partner-to-WTAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-79P grouped by WTAP-low versus WTAP-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WTAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WTAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
