WNT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 183 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1237P, NPLP1, and IL21. Each is linked with WNT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT4-to-partner and partner-to-WNT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1237P grouped by WNT4-low versus WNT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
