Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1283P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1283P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1283P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-1283P RNA expression shows 9,499 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight KIRP, BRCA, and GBM as cancer lineages where RNU6-1283P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
